to make our Device is up2date…

My ROM basic is Midget_1990 ROM… and I try to make the video call work… (ofcourse with Leo help)
what is inside my ROM:
- this is Vanilla ROM I only put Oxios CloseApps on it
- Change Bootspalsh Screen to XOJ logo
- disable reveive all incoming beams (thx Leo)
- disable error reporting
- video call work 2 way (must set to standart video mode ) after 2 ringing just klik answer
- manage refreshing memmory timing
