Chào các bác. Em vừa mua 1 chiếc Raymond Weil automatic ở trên amazon (cụ thểla dexclusive.com, review cuả nó là 10k trong đó 96% positive). Nhưng khi vào trang chủ của RW để check số serial (trong phần register) thì nó báo serial not recognized. Vậy các bác cho em hỏi là liệu đây có phải hàng authentic không. Bên ngoài thì trông rất đẹp, tinh xảo,kim chạy mượt mà. Thanks các bác ạ.

Sometimes the system does not recognize a serial number but that does not mean your watch is a counterfeit. If you need any assistance on that matter, please contact the RW Club at rwclub@raymond-weil.ch and attach a photo of the back of the watch showing the serial number or copy of the guarantee card. The RW Club will then take care of your registration.
