Hi hi bác nmt1978 này! bác chịu format thì chắc phải chịu mất dữ liệu thui hà! phải cứu trước khi format chứ!
Nếu format thất bại thì bác làm thế này nhé:
Mua cái đĩa Ghost win 98, trong thư mục partition có 3 file dùng để chia HDD thành 1, 2 hoặc 3 partition. Bác chọn 1 file mình thích rồi ghost máy, sau đó cứ việc cài win của bác lên, không phải format lại nữa.
Dạ không, em đã phân ổ C & D (ổ D lưu dữ liệu) còn ổ C là cài đặt. em full format ổ C trong lúc cài Window vào ổ C ý ạ. Bây giờ cài đặt lại không format cũng đang copy files vài chục % là máy tự tắt. 
Nên lo quá, không biết dữ liệu ổ D có làm sao không ạ
Các bác cho em hỏi là máy đang dùng bình thường bây giờ tự nhiên dùng rất chậm,em đã quet virut bằng D32,BKAV 2005,và Noton2005 rùi,ko có con virut nào cả,giải pháp cuối cùng là cài lại Win nhưng vẫn vậy,chạy chậm kinh khủng,cấu hình máy em là PIII 1,33 Ram 512…vừa rùi nghiến răng làm thêm thanh 512 nữa nhưng cũng chả giúp gì được,chạy máy cứ bị di hình và đè hình nên nhau giống o2mini(dạo này chạy thấy máy nóng hơn trước nhiêu,tháo máy ra sờ vào 2 thanh ram thấy nóng…ko bít là bị phần mềm hay phần cứng nữa,mong các bác giúp đỡ …
Trước hết, bác nên lấy hết dữ liệu trên ổ D qua 1 máy khác.
Sau đó, bác dùng các phần mềm chuyên dụng để test và sữa chữa ổ cứng.
Theo mình nghĩ thí có thể ổ cứng của bác đã có vài bad sector. nhưng bác cứ yên tâm, các nhà sản xuất khi sản xuất đều có cho 1 số lượng sector backup để đề phòng (khoảng 50 sector). khi có bad sector, các phần mềm chuyên dụng này sẽ remap các địa chỉ vật lý badsector đến các sector dự phòng này.
Trong đĩa Hiren Boot CD 7.5 mới ra, có 3 chương trình rất hay là mhdd, diskpatch và HDD generator.

Adapting the app to local language
- Extract all files (KEYB.DAT, KEYB.SYS, PATCH.BAT) from the zipped patch to some folder
- Copy “Hiren’s.BootCD.7.x.iso” to the same folder
- Dubble click on “patch.bat”
- Choose your Language

Bạn thử thay 1 thanh ram khác xem . Cũng có thế do ram đó bạn.
virus o lam hỏng ổ cứng đuợc nó chi lam hư phần mbr thôi.
bạn dùng thử hdd generator thử xem, đơn giản lắm
Ổ cứng của em thì luôn thông báo :“Write protect error writing fixed disk.” khi tiến hành FDISK.
Vào Bios vẫn detect bình thường nhưng ko thể nào fdisk được. Bác nào biết cách giải quyết thì chỉ em với. Cũng ko làm gì được với MBR (vì luôn có thông báo không cho phép ghi như trên mặc dù ko đặt điều kiện Write protect trong Bios)
Bác nào bị như thế thì thử cho hdd laptop vào 1 cái usb box và cắm vào máy khác xem có nhận DL và ổ không nhé
