tình hình là thế này mình ở bên Hà Lan và mới mua 1 laptop Dell, nhưng mà Win Vista đi kèm máy ko có Tiếng Anh nên rất bất tiện , ko biết có cách nào để khắc phục ko hay là mình phải cài Win lại và xóa phân vùng Recovery đi đây

Bác thử chạy lại recovery rồi đến mục chọn ngôn ngữ các nước thì xem có chọn english ko nhé.Máy dùng cho thị trường châu Âu thường là có phần cho phép chọn ngôn ngữ(nhất là Hp).
