copy vào my document or windows sau đó vào setting vào today mà đổi theme thôi

Microsoft cũng hỗ trợ miễn phí phần mềm tạo theme cho WM2002 ( Cũng sử dụng tốt cho WM2003 ) tuy không chuyên nghiệp lắm nhưng dễ xài & miễn phí, down ở microsoft.com mục Pocket PC nhé
